decent stay NEAR attraction
blackout shades complimentary water adequate space
i stayed in the double or twin room. The room had blackout shades, which helped block out light. I found two complimentary bottles of water replaced daily. The closet offered plenty of space for clothes AND luggage.
the shower pressure in my room was somewhat LOW, which affected the overall experience.

The front desk staff provided dinner reservations promptly. Breakfast had delicious food and kind, cute servers. Our room included a spacious bathroom with an oversized shower with a rain head.
The reception experience during check-in was only okay. The kettle in my room leaked, and they could not replace it. In-room coffee was instant coffee. Therefore, I needed the kettle.

delicious pancakes amazing breakfast rough towels old fixture
The breakfast was amazing. I loved the variety of items. the staff was very cute and helpful. i particularly enjoyed the pancakes. estelyn, the breakfast staff member, was very cheerful. she ensured everyone had their morning drinks and kept things tidy.
My room was quite basic. the bathroom was not up to par. I only found one very bright light. the towels felt rough. the fixtures seemed old.

great location friendly staff helpful staff unfriendly reception leaking kettle instant coffee
the hotel had a great location near the main attractions. the staff was friendly. breakfast featured many choices and the staff was helpful. i had a really nice time overall.
the check-in process wasn't the friendliest i've experienced. the kettle in my room leaked so i couldn't use it. the coffee provided in the room was instant not fresh. i likely would not rebook.

lovely hotel with excellent service
nice treat mini bar great staff
i enjoyed my stay. the hotel offered popsicles in the lobby, a nice treat. i booked directly with the hotel, my mini bar was included, this was a very nice touch. the front desk staff handled my requests with a smile.

My room had a balcony with a great view. I think it was room 46. room 40 had a large balcony, a great place to enjoy drinks. the air conditioning worked very well during the hot days.

all the staff i encountered were an asset to this hotel. housekeeping, eugenia, did a great job, it was nice to speak to her each day. staff was always cute, and everything was handled with a smile

The location was good, all sites were within a 30-minute walk. the hotel arranged parking for me. it's close to san lorenzo and the accademia. Other sites are an easy walk. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

Breakfast was more than sufficient. the breakfast buffet was beautiful and plentiful, it was available in a charming garden room. the hostess served hot beverages and kept the buffet well stocked. I appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice.
